Exosome therapy is applied topically after treatments that trigger controlled skin injury. Once your microneedling, laser or resurfacing treatment is complete, exosomes are gently placed onto the skin to deliver a concentrated dose of regenerative peptides, growth factors and anti-inflammatory proteins. This helps accelerate recovery, calm irritation and improve skin quality. There’s no added discomfort or downtime, and treatment is complete in under 15 minutes. You may benefit from a course of treatments depending on your goals, which your practitioner will advise on during consultation.

Following your treatment, we recommend avoiding makeup, steam rooms, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours. You can cleanse your skin gently with a mild cleanser the same evening, and begin using SPF the next morning. Active skincare ingredients such as retinoids, AHAs or BHAs should be paused for five days. Your practitioner will give you specific aftercare instructions to help protect your skin and improve your results.

Exosomes help reduce redness, support faster recovery, and promote a healthier, more radiant skin tone. After 3-6 sessions you will expect to see improvements in your skin concerns. You may notice smoother, calmer skin within a few days, with continued improvements in texture and firmness over time as collagen levels rebuild. Yes, in the UK, Exosomes are only allowed to be applied topically post treatment rather than injected into the skin and are not allowed to be of human origin. The brand of exosomes we use are called Purasomes which are ethically derived from bovine colustrum (milk). This is well researched and has over 250 biologically active elements rich in growth factors and antioxidants which all contribute to effective skin and hair regeneration. Thanks to its meticulous purification system it is completely safe and non-toxic. There are no artificial components and there is no risk of transmitting infections.
