Appointments
Appointments can be made via email, telephone or via the website and are offered on a first come first serve basis. We advise rebooking your next appointment before leaving the clinic to ensure you have the widest choice of availability, to avoid disappointment. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and upon making the booking, you will be sent an auto-confirmation email with some pre-treatment forms attached. You will also receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time via email. Please ensure both forms are filled out at this point by the very latest, to give us sufficient time to make any necessary preparations. We may decline to treat anyone who has an upcoming major event within 6 weeks of their appointment due to the rare possibility that you have extended down-time with bruising and/or swelling. It is your responsibility to alert us during or prior to the consultation with the clinician of any upcoming major events.
Deposits
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required, per treatment, to secure your booking. This is then deducted from the total cost of treatment(s) on the day of your appointment. Please note, a booking will not be held for you without a deposit on file. Please also be aware that our clinic policy states that we require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify us 72 hours prior, will mean that the deposit paid will not be refunded or carried over to future treatments. We must also remind all patients that if you miss two or more appointments without any notice, you will be required to pay the full amount prior to your next appointment. We understand circumstances may arise which make it difficult to keep a scheduled appointment, but please communicate with one of our friendly team so we can help accommodate you. If, post consultation you choose not to go ahead with a treatment, the £50 deposit will act as your consultation fee. Please kindly note that if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time, a reschedule may be necessary. This is to ensure other patients later in the day are not impacted. Occasionally our clinic may run late for reasons out of our control. When this happens, we will be more than happy to reschedule you if you cannot wait. We will try to keep you fully informed throughout-we also ask that you take this into consideration when making plans post treatment.
Review Appointments
If you have any concerns post treatment, please do not hesitate to contact us and book in for a review appointment. We advise this is 2-4 weeks post appointment, dependent on the treatment, to allow results to settle fully before assessment. We want you to be as happy as you can be with your treatment and our services and advise rebooking with the same doctor that completed your treatment(s) for a review appointment. It’s always a pleasure to see you again, no matter the circumstance. We will strive to look after you as best as we can as it is very important to us that you are happy.
