Over multiple sessions we worked on redistributing the volume of her face up towards the cheekbones and building her chin and jawline area in a defined but feminine way. To achieve this result surgically there would need to have been surgery to cut and move her jaw forward which comes with its own costs, downtime and risks and this was not something the patient wanted to do. Post surgery filler would have been required in the cheek area for this result as well. Filler has its limitations of course but when adding volume is helpful, it can be truly amazing!
