Medical microneedling is generally well-tolerated. A powerful numbing cream is applied before your treatment. This helps to ensure your treatment is as comfortable as possible. Post treatment, it is normal for your skin to feel a little sunburnt, and your senior skin therapist will be able to guide you on how to best protect your skin post treatment.

You may find that for 24-48 hours after the treatment your skin will look red and a little swollen.
